LA Link.net uses an accredited registrar with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") for the .com, .net and .org TLDs. ICANN oversees the .com, Net and .org global top level domains ("gTLDs"). All .com, Net and .org domain name registrations we register or renew are not effective until we have delivered the domain name registration or renewal information you provide us to the registry administrator for the .com, Net or .org gTLDs, as applicable, and the registry administrator puts into effect your domain name registration or renewal. Currently, the registry administrator for the .com, Net and .org gTLDs is Network Solutions, Inc. You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "UDRP"), as amended from time to time, which is hereby incorporated and made a part of this Agreement by reference for all .com, Net and .org domain name registrations or renewals. Suspension, Cancellation, Transfer or Modification

You acknowledge and agree that LA Link.net may suspend, cancel, transfer or modify your use of the Services at any time, for any reason, in LA Link.net's sole discretion. You also acknowledge and agree that LA Link.net may suspend, cancel, transfer or modify your domain name registration if (a) you materially breach this Agreement (including any applicable additional rule or policy) and do not cure such breach within five (5) calendar days of notice by LA Link.net, (b) you use the domain name registered to you to send unsolicited commercial advertisements in contradiction to either applicable laws or customary acceptable usage policies of the Internet, or (c) you use your domain name in connection with unlawful activity. You further acknowledge and agree that your domain name registration is subject to suspension, cancellation, transfer or modification pursuant to the terms of any rules or policies applicable to your domain name registration, including, but not limited to (i) the UDRP, (ii) any ICANN adopted policy, (iii) any registrar (including LA Link.net) or registry administrator procedures, or (iv) any other ccTLD registry administrator procedures. You also agree that LA Link.net shall have the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, transfer or otherwise modify your domain name registration at such time as LA Link.net receives (x) a properly authenticated notification from a court of competent jurisdiction, or (y) an arbitration award requiring the suspension, cancellation, transfer or modification of your domain name registration.

All cancellation for any other services are subject to approval, LA Link will review the user log to see if refunds are applicable, please see Member Policies for further detail. LA Link.net shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse refunds or to charge a cancellation fee where see fit.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, LA Link.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LA Link.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LA Link.net shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

LA Link.net reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed over $5000.00 (U.S.) must wait for an approval code, established by our credit and fraud avoidance department (in order to login to administration section for the first time).

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with LA Link.net. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - LA Link.net accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. LA Link.net cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against LA Link.net shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the LA Link.net sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles County California.
